October LINK UP!

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays,

but I've sadly let it slip up the last few years...

(2 years ago - I believe I just walked my brother up the street and back
and

last year - Amazing Boyfriend and I moved in to our cute little apartment)

I mean, I haven't even been to Knott's Scary Farm in about four or five years!

That's pathetic! 

So this year, I'm trying to changing that...well, somewhat.

Tomorrow night, Amazing Boyfriend and I are going to Knott's Scary Farm!

And I can't believe he's never been, so he's in for a real scary surprise!

I am so excited!

As for Halloween day itself, I'm not quite sure what I'm doing, because Amazing Boyfriend will be working all night.

And...I don't have a costume :(

Mostly because they are just too darn expensive to only wear for one night.

So, I'll figure something out, hopefully.

See, I'm trying. Haha.

Music Monday - LINK UP!!

Music is part of our every day lives.

Whether we are listening to the radio in our car, 

have our headphones plugged into our iPod,

or going to a concert.

Each of us have our own style of music we like.

Whether it is hip-hop,

country,

R&B,

classical,

or rap.

I always love it when I'm introduced to new music.

So I came up with Music Monday

to give my fellow bloggers a chance to see what everyone else is in to.

Share lyrics or a video.

Share a song that expresses how you're feeling,

what is stuck in your head,

or a song that other people just need to hear.

Sometimes listening to music can make your day that much better.

Or it can change your way of life.

My mom told me she would always sing me 

this song to me while rocking me to sleep

when I was little.

My mom is still very much alive,

but we have been through so much together

and I love her so much,

that whenever this song comes on,

it reminds me of all our good times and bad times,

and knowing that she will always be there for me.

I love you Super Mom!

It's Ok Thursday

Since this week has been such a downer for me,

(and what seems like most everyone else in the blog world)

I'm going to talk about what is ok when you're having just one of those days weeks.

It's ok... to eat as much comfort food as you want.

It's ok... to just want to sleep all day.

It's ok... to cry.

It's ok... get frustrated at the silliest little thing.

It's ok... to scream into a pillow.

It's ok... to want to be left alone.

It's ok... to get pissed when food doesn't taste how you expected it to.

(my school decided to change up who sells food in the cafeteria,

and I want them they need to change it back)

It's ok... to be irrationally angry for no reason.

(especially while driving)

It's ok... to give evil glances to people who are annoying you

and hope they will go 'poof!'

And it's ok... to vent as much as you want to whoever you want

to get as many opinions as you want.

I hope that all my fellow bloggers have a better week 
and remember....

What I'm Loving Wednesday

Today is just one of those days where I feel like crap.

Things just aren't going my way lately,

but I'm going to pull from within 

and remember there are still some good things...

I'm loving that last night after amazing boyfriend coached his rec team,

brought me home a chocolate milkshake from McDonalds, without me asking.

I'm loving that amazing boyfriend's dad sent me a bunch of pictures he took from family events this summer.

I'm loving that I get off work early today, even though my work hours are already short enough.

I'm loving that this weekend I'll get to see my two aunts and uncle.

I'm loving that I'm going to paint my nails tonight.

And, as always, I'm loving my amazing boyfriend!!

I've never blogged before, and a few months ago when I saw an old friend was blogging, I figured I'd give it a try.  I had no idea what I was going to blog about or if I'd even like it, but I had to try.  I started off talking about myself and my life, to talking about my family and delicious meals that I cook, to shopping and fashion.  Pretty much whatever came to my mind or what I was into/doing that day/week, I'd talk about it...and I'm addicted.  Blogging is now apart of my daily life and my blog posts are all over the place.

My blog name "Living, Laughing, and Loving Life" comes from my new favorite phrase "Live Laugh Love" because recently, in the last year or so, I am finally living again, laughing all the time, and loving my family, amazing boyfriend, and life.  Before that, I was going no where with my life: changing my major every year (plus not doing so great in my classes), drinking and partying, getting dumped by my fiance after 3 years (who I later found out was a liar and a cheat), and not at all close with my family.  After I hit my all time low of getting kicked out of my house and dropping out of school, I decided I needed to change a few a lot of things.So, first thing, I found a great church, and started going again.I found a room for rent and moved away from the 'party life.'I regained my relationship with my family and now have a family day every Sunday with them.I figured out what I want to do with my life and started going back to school,to become a teacher :)And lastly, but absolutely not least, I met this wonderful guy who is now my amazing boyfriend.Now, with all that has happened, I'm really learning to live, laugh, and love my life.And I want to share all my stories with you.
